GAELIC4MOTHERS & OTHERS BLITZ

On Saturday 7th Oct the club were delighted to host our first Gaelic4Mothers&Others Blitz.

We had 8 teams attending and it proved to be a great couple of hours of football. Games were of a high quality, played in the right spirit and most importantly, all players enjoyed the occasion.
This was typified by all the teams enjoying the post tournament refreshments together, which is another great attribute of the Gaelic4Mothers&Others Blitzes.
Hopefully, this will just be the first of many of these events that we host.

Thanks to St. Pats Donabate, Beann Eadair CLG, St. Oliver Plunkett Eoghan Ruadh, Innisfails, Ballyboden, Moorefield and Naomh Mearnog for all taking part and contributing to a great evening of football.

Finally, our team are always looking for new members. So if you are interested in trying out Gaelic Football, please contact Mark (086 8394131). It is non-competitive and a great way to keep fit, but with the emphasis on having fun. Lots of our players never played Gaelic Football before, so no previous experience is required.
